Sex Group

At WHR Allied Health, we recognise that sexuality and relationships are integral parts of life. Our Sex Group program is designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills to navigate these aspects safely and confidently. Developed by our experienced team, the program offers education on anatomy, consent, relationships, and more, all from an occupational therapy perspective.

Delivered over eight weeks or as an intensive course, the program includes guest speakers and covers topics such as consent, rights, contraception, online safety, and sexual health. We also encourage parents and carers to attend a pre-program session to better support their loved ones. Whether you’re seeking to enhance your understanding or support someone else’s journey, our Sex Group program offers a respectful and informative environment to learn and grow.
